Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received.

  • Incorrect size of HSRP (High-Security Registration Plate) processed.

  • Wrong product delivered.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 6-8 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that the actual credit timing depends on your bank/payment gateway.

Returns & Replacements

  • Returns and replacements are free of cost if:

    • The wrong product was delivered.

    • The wrong size was processed.

    • The product received is damaged.

How to Initiate a Return?

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

  • After successful cancellation, the charged amount will be refunded within 6-8 working days.

How to Cancel an Order?

  2. Click on the “Order Cancellation” tab.

  3. Submit the required details.

Important Notes on Cancellation:

  • Full order cancellation only – Partial cancellations are not allowed.

  • Super Tag & Frames purchased with HSRP cannot be cancelled separately. If HSRP is cancelled, the associated Super Tag/Frames will also be cancelled automatically.
